With this off the table, lets begin to understand what makes J. Simpkins tick. Ideally I have had a lifetime of achievements but somehow felt I had not accomplished anything. I often think of Ben Franklin, and Leonardo Da Vinci as they were plotting through life and I believe they both had the same feeling of not really knowing what their mark or legacy really was to be. I do enjoy as we all do the finer things in life, and am captivated by intellectuals, and past history. Those who know me will tell you that if I had a choice of watching the Super Bowl or a Special on History Channel, well you get my point.
Some of us like carrots, and some of us don't, well me, I enjoy the art of entertaining, whether it be serving some favorite vino, or preparing a luscious Chateaubriad. Everyone's pallet is different so this keeps me on my toes preparing uniquely different types of entrees, and sides -- of course ala carte. I would not recommend a food bar (human trough) to anyone. I get my enjoyment seeing others enjoy the "Experience" that I produce (that is what I am all about).
