This dinner is a sit-down affair, with specific candlelight to enhance our featured guest: The Chateaubriand
Below is a breakdown of what to expect------
The Menu is detail:
J’s Classic Onion Soup topped w/provolone
Fresh Spinach Salad w/radicchio & sun-dried tomatoes, topped with a fresh Blackberry Vinaigrette
The mouth-watering feature: The Chateaubriand, served with Habanero seasoned new potatoes
Cheesecake w/Caramel and fresh crème
The Wine:
The varietals presented will be Zinfandel, and Malbec
Our sponsor (Cabot Creamery) has provided us with some great cheeses that will
ultimately compliment the entire evening.
